- reverse engineering our software;
- using our services for unlawful activities or to violate any third-party rights.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
- Account Security: Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@urgentitsolution.com if your account is compromised.
- Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in illegal conduct. We will provide notice where practicable.
4. Payments, Billing & Refunds
- Payment Methods: We accept payments by invoice, bank transfer, and PayPal (for international payments). If paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's website and subject to PayPal's terms. We recommend using a secure connection when making payments.
- Currency & Taxes: Prices are shown in INR unless otherwise specified. International customers may be charged in another currency; any currency conversion fees or taxes are the payer's responsibility.
- PCI & Payment Security: We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Card-present transactions and card storage (if any) are handled by our trusted payment partners who comply with PCI-DSS standards. For PayPal payments, PayPal handles the payment data; we only receive payment confirmations.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds are governed by the specific service agreement. For digital goods and completed services, refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances. Please review the refund policy in your service agreement or contact support.

- Our IP: All software, trademarks, logos, and content provided by Urgent IT Solution remain our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- User Content: By submitting content (feedback, reviews, materials), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content to provide and improve our services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
- Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urgent IT Solution's liability for damages arising from or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urgent IT Solution, our officers and employees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or violation of third-party rights.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (for hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery). Use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party practices. Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on our website with a "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated by email or through account notices—continued use after changes implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. General Provisions
- If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
- These Terms, along with any service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Urgent IT Solution.
